Gmail down for more than 1.5 hours

I cannot access Gmail for more that 1.5 hours and it seems it a global issue.
Google claims 99.9% uptime for Gmail. Yeah right! Gmail is down quite often actually, but this is the longest period of downtime for Gmail that I've experienced.

We're aware of a problem with Gmail affecting a number of users. This problem occurred at approximately 1.30AM Pacific Time. We're working hard to resolve this problem and will post updates as we have them. We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused.

But we're more interested on the time when it will be back. It's been two hours now, and Gmail is still not working.

Edit2: Gmail is now up, after more than 2 hours.
