Cloud.li is a cloud-based Twitter search engine that displays common words or phrases. Enter a username for example, and you'll see what that person twitters, in a cloud-form; then, click a word in the tag-cloud and you''ll search Twitter for that that word and the username (or first entered word, it doesn't have to be a username).
