Screenie is a Windows and Linux tool for editing screenshots. It does not take screenshots, just edits them in a stylish way:
For creating the actual screenshots, I recommend FSCapture and for Linux: Shutter.
You can use 1, 2 or 3 images in Screenie, customize the look of each image and it supports drag and drop from your desktop or a web page.
