Like we told you yesterday, the latest Dropbox experimental allows you to change the notification area icons. If you didn't like the icons in that post, here is another set created by invernizzi @ gnome-look (unfortunately only for mono-dark for now):

To install the icons, extract the archive to the ~/.dropbox-dist folder, replacing the original icons. Also, this icon pack comes with a small bug so after extracting the icons, rename the icon called "busy1.png" to "busy2.png".
