GnoMenu is an eye-candy GNOME menu with themes support which works with the GNOME Panel, Avant Window Navigator, Cairo Dock, KDE Plasma and starting with the latest 2.9 version: Docky.
GnoMenu 2.9 also got a new theme, especially designed for docks (which you can see in the image above).
To install GnoMenu 2.9 in Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx, simply use the following commands:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gnomenu-team/ppa && sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install gnomenu
To use GnoMenu with Docky, all you have to do is go to the Docky settings and enable GnoMenu under "Helpers". Then you must restart Docky to be able to use GnoMenu! That's it.
