UnityFox is a Firefox extension which integrates Firefox with the Ubuntu Unity launcher (dock). Currently the extension can display the number of active downloads and a download progress bar. A simple tweak but so useful at times.
You can find UnityFox Firefox extension HERE. Please note that the UnityFox Mozilla Addons page states that "This add-on has not been reviewed by Mozilla" so use it at your own risk!
To install it you must be running Unity (obviously).
