Cotton Candy, a computer that looks like an USB thumb drive which runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich or Ubuntu for ARM is now available for pre-order at a price of $199 plus tax and shipping (the delivery is expected in March). It's a lot more expensive than Raspberry Pi, but it also has better hardware as well as Wifi and Bluetooth:

Cotton Candy can run either as a completely functional computer when connected to a monitor or you can plug it into a computer and run it inside your current OS thanks to a virtualization client embedded in the device.
